Experience: 1-2 years

Qualification: B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Requirements:

• Should have sound knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Should have experience in castings (Sand casting, Pressure die casting, Gravity casting)
• Should have knowledge of welding and fabrication
• Should have knowledge of tools, jigs and fixtures
• Should have knowledge of Design and Development process, DFMEA and GD&T

Role and responsibilities:

• Preparation and maintenance of part drawings and drawing folders
• Timely delivery of part drawings to purchase department
• Preparation of General Arrangement Drawing(s) (GAD) of Pole, bracket and luminaire
• Supporting incoming quality department, vendors and manufacturing line with drawings related queries
• Preparation of Bill of Material
• Preparation and resolving Engineering Change Notes (ECN) & Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
• Managing and keeping track/follow ups for tool/part development with vendors
